I recently went to eastern Arizona, to a place called eagle creek, and these photographs were taken there. I like the first photograph because of the angle. It seems like the tree’s and everything is  wrapping around. I like how all the textures and colors contrast. The water is kind of choppy, and reflects the green of the trees and the blue skies. The second I like for the shapes. There are many square pieces of wood, and then also wood that is round like logs can be seen. I like the contrast of the darkness of the inside and bright exterior. The third is my favorite of the three. The photo is successful because there is a high amount of texture that capture a rustic old feeling. I also like how the left side of the photograph is in focus, and the right side, which belongs mostly to the background is out of focus. I really like this effect and am getting quite good at using it in my photography.
